Granval L. Morrow

	Granval L. Boy Morrow of Inverness, Florida, formerly of Tamaroa, died Friday, January 19, 2001 after a brief illness.
	Mr. Morrow was born on November 6, 1932 to Roy and Ruth (Jones) Morrow.  He married Janet Jolly of DuQuoin in 1952.
	 Mr. Morrow grew up in Tamaroa and was a graduate of DuQuoin High School.  He enlisted in the U.S. Navy and went on to graduate from Purdue University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).  He was a retired naval officer and nuclear engineer.  His work in both these fields took him to many parts of the world.
	 Mr. Morrow is survived by one daughter and husband, Sandy and Tim Perrin of Peachtree City, Ga.; three sons and their wives, Capt. Steven and Connie Morrow of Waldorf, Maryland, Scott and Connie Morrow of Auburn, AL and Jeff and Lenore Morrow of Speedway, Ind.; one brother and wife, Robert and Viola Morrow of DuQuoin and eight grandchildren.
	He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents and one sister.  A memorial service was held in Inverness, Florida on Sunday, January 21, 2001.
